I ain't got no more to say
MIRANDA: Right to silence invoked
by W Dow Bonds, Esq. on 03/24/10On February 23, 2009 the Supreme Court of Georgia affirmed the Defendant's Motion to Suppress in Moon v. State, Case No. S08A1798, where Moon was given Miranda warnings, and started answering questions, and later told the police he was "confused" and later said "I ain't got nothing to say." The Court concluded that he had invoked his right to counsel, and that the interrogation should have ended.
